For the second successive year, Nordaq premium filtered water is sponsoring The Restaurant Association Gala Dinner, held at The Savoy Hotel, London on 25th February 2019.
During the glamorous Restaurant Association event, Nordaq water will be served to all guests, complementing the night’s food and wine menu.
The Gala, organised by UKHospitality and The Nth Degree Club, brings together stars, chefs and leading names from the hospitality industry for a special dinner in the name of ‘Celebrating Excellence in Food & Wine Service’.

The night will raise money for Springboard, a leading charity within the hospitality sector that helps young people achieve their potential.
Peter Smeaton, of Nordaq UK, said: “We’re proud to, once again, be part of The Restaurant Association Gala Dinner. It’s a great event, a great cause, and one of the most prestigious and highly anticipated dates in the UK hospitality industry calendar.”
Cited by top chefs and sommeliers as the ‘purest tasting water’, Nordaq enhances the flavour of food and wine in a way that no other water comes close, due to its palate-cleansing qualities.
Designed for a ‘superior taste and a clean planet’, this alternative to bottled water and single-use plastics enables restaurants and hotels to reduce the logistical demands and carbon footprint of water service.
Peter continued: “Serving Nordaq water at the event is an excellent opportunity for decision-makers in the industry to sample the water’s quality and understand the impact it can have on the dining experience.”
Nordaq is now offering the opportunity to sample its water in a tailored ‘Nordaq Experience’. The Experience allows you to try the water alongside your wine, providing invaluable insight into the potential that Nordaq could hold for your business.
